KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 29 — The Federal Court has set June 25 to hear the appeal of the Association of Family Support and Welfare Selangor and Kuala Lumpur (Family Frontiers) and six other women against the Court of Appeal's decision.

PUTRAJAYA, Aug 24 — The use of other languages as the medium of instruction in vernacular primary schools does not violate the Federal Constitution as the national language is taught as a compulsory subject in those schools, the Court of Appeal heard today.
